Mankato, Minn. - Minnesota State University, Mankato's Department of Music & Entertainment Industries will host three concerts during the last week of the fall semester.

After a Nov. 30 concert band performance and a Dec. 4 Jazz Mavericks and contemporary singers holiday concert, the final December music concert is a holiday choral concert on Dec. 5.

Dec. 5: Holiday Choral

The Concert Choir and Chamber Singers will perform their annual holiday concert on Sunday, Dec. 5 at 3 p.m. The concert theme is, “Let Your Heart Be Light.” The concert performance is at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 632 South Broad Street in Mankato. The groups will perform music of the season along with a mix of repertoire from Renaissance to contemporary.

Concert admission for these events is $9 for general admission and $7 for students and children. Current University students are admitted free with a valid MavCard.
