Welcome… I’m your LCC Klara!

I am so excited to meet you in the fall.  I will be a resource for you as you navigate through your first year of college here at Minnesota State University, Mankato!  Being involved with the Honors Learning Community will help you academically as well as socially, so utilize me and your peers as much as you can!

Major: Sociology

How/what made you decide this major? I have always had an interest in helping others and learning about what makes them act in certain ways in each situation. I originally began sociology to look at it from a social justice perspective.

Favorite Food: Mashed Potatoes

Advice for LC Students: Don't be afraid to try something new! I guarantee that there is a handful of other people waiting to try the same thing. We will support you no matter what!

Favorite thing about MSU: All the open, grassy areas to sit outside when it's nice out

Campus/LC Involvement: Honors Student Body, Theatre Productions

Favorite thing to do in Mankato: Get a sweet treat

Favorite things to do outside of school/coursework: Bake or play Papa's Games
