Welcome… I’m your LCC Kaelin Huebert

I am so excited to meet you in the fall.  I will be a resource for you as you navigate through your first year of college here at Minnesota State University, Mankato!  Being involved with the Nursing Anatomy 1 Learning Community will help you academically as well as socially, so utilize me and your peers as much as you can!

Major: Nursing

How/what made you decide this major? My parents were friends with a lot of nurses so I was around them all the time and it really inspired me to want to help people.

Year in School: Sophmore

Hometown: Byron, MN

Favorite Food: Anything my grandma cooks

Advice for LC Students: Have a planner or something to keep track of assignments and when you have events. It’s a lifesaver!

Favorite thing about MSU: The campus is my favorite part because it’s small but not too small.

Campus/LC Involvement: I am a part of student ambassadors, the Newman Center, the learning community, and a few intermural sports.

Favorite thing to do in Mankato: Watch hockey games and walking on the hiking trails

Favorite things to do outside of school/coursework: hang out with friends, go to the gym, and enjoying the beautiful Minnesota weather.

Anything else we should know about you? I’m quite tall but don’t let that intimidate you
