The Counseling Center is hosting a new weekly and exciting program, "Finishing Strong: Health and Wellness Tips." Learn about diet, exercise, nutrition, and wellness to stay healthy! 

The proposed schedule is as follows:

  • Friday, April 10 @ 11am
  • Wednesday, April 15 @ 2:30pm
  • Thursday, April 23 @ 3:30pm
  • Friday, May 1 @ 2pm
