A: IMPACT is the student programming board of the Centennial Student Union. It's for students and run by students with advising from staff in the Student Activities office. The money that we use comes from your student activity fees, so it's a great way to help decide how some of your student activity fees are being used. Our events are either free or at a reduced cost to students.

A: Joining IMPACT has tons of benefits! It's a great way to get involved, meet new people, develop leadership skills, meet world famous performers, build your resume, and have a heck of a lot of fun along the way!
A: You can pick and choose where you want to be involved! If Comedy isn't your thing, you can join Speakers! IMPACT hosts a variety of different events from Concerts, Speakers, Stomper's Cinema, and Homecoming! Anyone can join and help program events for the student body here at Minnesota State University, Mankato. If you want to dabble in every event, consider joining our Street Team!
A: That's just fine--you can still be involved! We try to set committee times at the most convenient times at the beginning of the semester based on student interest. If you can't make a committee meeting, please send an email to the committee chair and we can keep you involved in the planning and programming process.
A: Committe members can do as much or as little as they'd like. Committee members help select promote and implement events for the campus community. You can plan events, contact agents, set up promotion, assist with set up & tear down of events, meet with performers, and work the event! Your level of involvement is up to you!
A: To join all you have to do is go to the committee meeting or shooting the committee chair an email. It's as simple as that!
A: It costs nothing to join IMPACT. There is no membership fee or dues. IMPACT programs are also typically free to students or, if it is a particularly large concert or event, at a significantly reduced cost to students.

From Minneapolis - St. Paul International Airport to Highway 169:
Head northwest on Glumack Drive. Take a slight left toward Glumack Drive (signs for Rental Car Return). Take a slight right at Glumack Drive. Merge onto MN-5 West via the ramp to I-494/Bloomington. Take the exit onto I-494 West/MN-5 West. Take exit 10B to merge onto US-169 South.
From Minneapolis / St. Paul to Minnesota State University, Mankato Loading Docks:
Travel south on Highway 169 to Mankato. Take the Riverfront Drive exit. Turn left (north) onto Riverfront Drive and continue to Stoltzman Road. Turn right (east) onto Stoltzman Road and continue until you get to Stadium Road. Turn left onto Stadium Road and continue up the hill to Ellis Avenue. Turn left onto Ellis Avenue. Proceed to the stop sign. Turn Left on South Road. Centennial Student Union will be on Right. Take next Right into loading dock.
From Minneapolis / St. Paul to Minnesota State University, Mankato Pay Lot:
Travel south on Highway 169 to Mankato. Take the Riverfront Drive exit. Turn left (north) onto Riverfront Drive and continue to Stoltzman Road. Turn right (east) onto Stoltzman Road and continue until you get to Stadium Road. Turn left onto Stadium Road and continue up the hill to Ellis Avenue. Turn left onto Ellis Avenue. Take left into sunken paylot before reaching stop sign at South Road.
