Harvest Activities......Let's Form a Glean Team!

Gleaning is a process that assists local growers in harvesting excess crops at the end of the season and incorporating what may have been wasted back into our food supply.  This year's Glean Team harvested 100 pounds of locally grown apples that we will use in our meal service!  Thanks to Veronica, Monica, Ashlee, Ryan, Sada and Andrea...and our local apple donors!

We would like to expand our effort and bring in vegetables as well!  Call today or visit our FaceBook page if you are interested in learning more or want to support this effort !
