Management 330 will partner with Campus Kitchen to provide an applied business experience. The course will use practical experiences to give students the opportunity to work on business strategy, communication skills, and teamwork.
Each week the Director for the Minnesota State Mankato Campus Kitchen, Sammie, attends the classes to work with the groups on their projects.
