Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the dispersion of promotional Leadership U material to the student body through electronic billboards, bulletins, and various forms of print. The Coordinator will articulate graphic design ideas to the Communications Department, manage provided marketing funds, and form and execute marketing plan with materials: all done in a timely manner.

Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator will ensure Leadership U is prevalent in all social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, OrgSync, and Instagram. The position will promote events through a multi-platform integration: with a focus on continuing to broaden our social media interactions and relevance. The coordinator will be expected to interact with followers in a professional and encouraging manner to embody the leadership way.

Student Engagement Coordinator

The role of Student Engagement Coordinator will focus on identifying, inviting, training and encouraging students to facilitate during Leadership U workshops. This position will help students gain experience and comfort presenting to a group. This coordinator will be responsible for facilitation training and content advisement in concert with the Administration. This may include distribution of training materials (i.e. Youtube clips, worksheets, practice guides), in-person practices, and direct feedback.

Strategic Direction Coordinator

Under the advisement of Student Activities Administration, the Coordinator will appraise and reappraise relevant literature and structure to provide students will the highest quality leadership program possible. Including analysis of the core content and its application, this position will seek qualified professionals (MSU faculty or elsewhere) to contribute to the Leadership U program through presentations, discussion, or the like (in-person, skype, podcast, etc.).
