RSO Inauguration
The purpose of this annual event is to bring student organization leaders together to both learn the details of doing business on campus through the year and network with one another.

CSU Ballroom
- ONE member from each organization seeking annual recognition must attend. We prefer the person be an executive member of the organization, but will accept any member to represent the organization.
- It is permissible for a student to be present on behalf of more than one organization.

All RSO groups are invited to register to compete in the Greeting Card Competition in preparation for the holiday season.
Lunch & Learn's
The RSO staff offer free bi-weekly educational sessions to organization leaders and their members.
*All sessions are on Wednesday's from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. in CSU 204.
Hit the Ground Running- August 31
During this session we will cover the basics of running an effective meeting and tracking involvement of members in your OrgSync portal.
Motivating the Middle- September 14
During this session we will discuss apathy in college student organizations and how to move through it.
Crucial Conversations & Accountability- September 28
During this session we will provide attendees with a step-by-step tool for having hard conversations with organization members when follow-through is lacking.
Social Media & Your RSO- October 12
During this session we will share best practices for social media use with your organization, and give attendees the opportunity to share successses (and failures) with each other.
Mid-semester Check-In- October 26
This session will be an open forum where student organization leaders can voice concerns, successes (and everything in between) to each other and RSO staff, as an outlet and an opportunity to gain new perspective.
