1. Complete the online application.
2. Pay the one-time $20 application fee after you have submitted your application and received a Student/TECH ID.
3. Submit required documents as listed on the checklist.
4. You will receive confirmation and follow-up e-mails with further instructions and information based on the receipt date of your application.

PDF Application Instructions:

Please carefully read and follow the PDF application [PDF] instructions (76 KiB) before completing the application.

1. Download the [PDF] application (120 KiB).
2. Save the PDF application.
3. Fill out the application completely. *Please note that failure to provide required information will cause significant delays in your admission process.
4. Save or scan the PDF application after you have completed it.
5. Email the PDF and other required documents listed on the [PDF] checklist (98 KiB) to intladmt@mnsu.edu.
6. You will receive confirmation and follow-up e-mails with further instructions and information based on the receipt date of your application.
