The following is the actual annual cost for international students attending Minnesota State University, Mankato for the 2011-2012 school year. Tuition, fees and board charges are subject to change by the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.

The Expenses figure is the 9 month academic year 2011-2012. Summer is not included. Additional resources would be needed to cover these costs. The Expense Budget for the school year 2012- 2013 could see an increase. The final and accurate figure for the school year 2011-2012 will not be known until at least July of 2012.

The budget is current as of OCTOBER 2011.

* First semester reduced tuition and fee rates are given automatically to new undergraduate F & J international students on a MSU I-20 (DS2019) during their first semester.  First semester reduced tuition and fee rates may continue based on meeting and maintaining the Cultural Contribution scholarship requirements of a 2.5 GPA and 25 completed cultural contribution hours.
