What was your first job: In high school I was a lifeguard and out of college I was a worked at a staffing agency.
What job would you have if you listened to your 6 year old self: USA Gymnast, not really a job, but a girl can dream!
The best thing about MSU is: The accessibility to resources and the amount of opportunities available.

Advice to incoming Mavericks: Be sure to utilize the resources available to you and GET CONNECTED whether it be your advisor, faculty or different service areas such as Career Counseling Center, Financial Aid Advisors, Online English Tutors etc.. Build positive relationships to help guide your developmental growth both personally and professionally in your academics and extracurricular experiences. Stay resilient, positive and optimistic. Don’t forget to remind yourself that you CAN reach you educational goals.
The most frequently played song on your iPod: Everything is Everything by Lauryn Hill at the moment, however, I listen to every genre and different music around the world.
What was your first job: In high school I worked at Borgstrom Pharmacy and out of college I was an Hmong Instructor for Hmong language and culture at Humboldt High School in St. Paul.
What job would you have if you listened to your 6 year old self: I wanted to be a teacher or an archeologist.
The best thing about MSU is: The quality and affordable education.
