The Investment Committee, established to provide stewardship of the Foundation's assets, will recommend to the Foundation Board acceptance or rejection of all planned gifts and all gifts of real estate and advise Minnesota State Mankato staff regarding management and/or sale of accepted properties. The Investment Committee is responsible directly to the Board. This is a standing committee provided for in the Foundation By-Laws.
