The purpose of the team is to help internal clients achieve their communication goals through the production and execution of marketing plans customized to each client's needs. The team does that by:

• meeting with the client and getting answers to key questions about the client's communications objectives
• meeting as a team to produce the marketing plan
• meeting with the client again to propose the plan
• helping the client execute the plan
