Jeet Sausen earned undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Social Studies Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2005. Immediately upon graduation, Jeet served as the Interim Coordinator of Annual Giving in Minnesota State’s University Advancement Division. Following that assignment, Jeet traveled as a Leadership Consultant for Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority, and worked with the Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys in the Outdoor Program Department as a camp director and volunteer supervisor. Jeet is currently employed with East Side Neighborhood Services in Minneapolis, and serves full-time as their summer resident camp director. Jeet is also enrolled full-time in the Student Affairs Administration online masters program through the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, and will begin a two-year graduate assistantship with the University of Wisconsin – River Falls in the Division of Student Life this fall. During her time at Minnesota State, Jeet was an active member of Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority, and continues to be involved as an alumna volunteer. She also worked on campus for four years in the Minnesota State Annual Fund as a student caller and student management team member. In her spare time, Jeet enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Jeet currently splits her time between Richfield, Minnesota (September – May), and camp in Solon Springs, Wisconsin during the summer (June – August) season.
