Oluwaseyi Ademola-Sadipe earned his undergraduate degree in Management with a minor in Economics from Minnesota State University in 2012 and a graduate degree in Master of Business Administration from Iowa State University in 2014. Prior to coming to Minnesota State Mankato, Oluwaseyi served four years in the U.S Army an Infantry Soldier and a deployment to Afghanistan. Upon graduation, Oluwaseyi joined Jennie-O Turkey as a Production Supervisor where he was responsible for leading daily production operations and personnel to maximize efficiencies. Oluwaseyi left Jennie-O Turkey in 2014 to begin a career as a Production Manager with Cargill. Oluwaseyi currently oversee and prepared detailed operations reports as part of the Management Operating System and management of work in process at Cargill.
During his time at MSU, Oluwaseyi was involved in the Minnesota State Student Association. He was also actively involved in the International Student Association Diversity program.
In his free time, Oluwaseyi enjoys playing soccer, camping, watching sporting events and spending time with his wife, Demy and their two kids Amory and Amyra.
