'92 MS Counseling & Student Personnel
As a proud staff member and alumna of Minnesota State Mankato, Pam has served as a member of the Alumni Association Board of Directors since 2007, and looks forward to serving as the Association’s President for 2011-2012. Originally from the Mankato area, Pam completed her Master of Science degree in Counseling & Student Personnel in 1992. She has been a staff member at the University since 1994, having worked for a short time in the area of Health Education and for the past 12 years in the Career Development Center, where she has served as the Center’s Director since 2004. Professionally, Pam has special interest in student development, work/life balance issues, and the use of technology as a vehicle for providing services to students and alumni. She is an executive board member and past president of the Minnesota College & University Career Services Association and received the organization’s “Distinguished Service Award” in 2009. Pam has also completed the Greater Mankato Growth (GMG) Leadership Institute, and is a member of the GMG Ambassadors. Her daughter Katelyn is currently student at Minnesota State with a major in accounting and a minor in dance.
