As a proud staff member and alumna of Minnesota State Mankato, Pam is excited about the opportunity to serve as a member of the Alumni Association Board of Directors. Originally from the Mankato area, Pam completed her Master of Science degree in Counseling & Student Personnel in 1992. She has been a staff member at the University since 1994, having worked for a short time in the area of Health Education and for the past 12 years in the Career Development Center, where she has served as the Center’s Director since 2004. Professionally, Pam has special interest in student development, work/life balance issues, and the use of technology as a vehicle for providing services to students and alumni. She is an executive board member and past president of the Minnesota College & University Career Services Association and recently completed the Mankato Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute. Some of Pam’s personal interests include spending time with her husband Jay and 17-year old daughter Katelyn; reading; serving as volunteer webmaster for her daughter’s dance studio; and enjoying all types of music.
