As a successful graduate of Minnesota State Mankato, you would be an excellent resource for current students who are in the process of career exploration. Participate as a Friendship Family for an International
student
Promote interest in diversity and cultural awareness by participating in the
Friendship Family program. Sponsored by the International Student Office (ISO),
Friendship Family Program participants provide a home-away-from-home for a foreign
student by involving him/ her in family activities for his/her first year in
school. The ISO hosts a special event each semester to facilitate a meeting
between new families and students. If you are interested in learning about another
culture by becoming a friendship family, or if you have any questions, please
do not hesitate to contact us. We also invite interested community members to
sit on the ISO Community Affairs Council.

Commencement Volunteer

The Crossroads - Lutheran Campus Ministry

Student Ambassadors seeking guest speakers / mentors
Serve as a mentor to a MSU Student Ambassador or be a guest speaker at one of
our meetings. Guest speakers and mentors can provide leadership and other valuable
information to help our students grow professionally. Some of the brightest
young leaders on campus participate in the Student Ambassador Program and they
spend a lot of their volunteer hours representing the University. We have students
from many different majors involved in the group. All Student Ambassadors would
benefit from MSU Alumni experiences, and all qualify as competent and enthusiastic
future employees!
