We hope all the individuals who are part of V&V have a Vision: To propose; to recommend; specifically, to propose formally for consideration and determination, in a deliberative assembly; The thoughts, or series of thoughts, or imaginary transactions, which occupy the mind . A visionary scheme; a wild conceit; an idle fancy; a vagary; a reverie; in this sense, applied to an imaginary or anticipated state of happiness; as, a dream of bliss; the dream of his /her youth. a state of mind characterized by abstraction and release from reality; a series of mental images and emotions.
