Blue Earth Review is the literary magazine of Minnesota State University, Mankato. Before being wholly revamped and renamed in 2003, BER was published under such titles as Medicine Jug, The Muse, and Minnesota River Review. It is currently in its fourth year of publication.
BER is staffed by ten editors. The magazine seeks sparkling examples of contemporary poetry, prose, photography, and artwork.
BER acquires first rights for any published work. After the original publication, rights revert back to the author.
