Adobe Reader 7.0.8 is the latest version for Mac OS 10.3 PowerPC and Intel Macs.

If the PDF does not show up in your web browser window or if Apple's Preview only works (Mac Intels with MacOS 10.3 only - Preview does not allow you to type in a PDF form):
Mac web browsers on Mac Intel macs with MacOS 10.3 use Apple's Preview program to see PDFs within the web browser. To have your web browser use Adobe Reader PDF plug-ins to view PDFs within you web browser, you need to set your web browser to Rosetta mode (thinks your computer is a PowerPC) or updated to MacOS 10.4 and install Adobe Reader 8.0.
Rosetta Mode:
Go to the "Applications" folder, click once on the web browser you want to use to select it, Select "Get Info" from the File Menu; select the checkbox next to "Open Using Rosetta"

FireFox: hold down your mouse button and select Save Link As... and save to your desktop
FireFox Menu: Preferences;
Privacy tab - History (0 days), Saved Form Information (uncheck), Saved Passwords (uncheck remember..), Download Manager History (Upon successful download), Cache (0kb)
in Rosetta mode (Mac Intel) or PowerPC MacOS X (with Adobe Reader 7.0 displays PDFs within web browser)
Safari doesn't have a cache setting area - but you can either Reset Safari or Empty Cache from the Safari menu.
(PDFs do not display within browser; save to Desktop by Control key clicking on the link and select Download Link to Disk open or use Safari with Adobe Reader 7.0 which displays PDFs within web browser)
Advanced Tab: Remember 1 places visited; Cache to 0 MB

Select Settings - set Amount of Disk Space use to 1 MB; Select OK
Select Delete Files button (this make take awhile)
Select Days to keep pages in History to 0 (unless perhaps you like to review pages from days ago)
