| April 10, 2009 | Online enrollment begins for all Fall 2009 installment payment plan options through Nelnet/FACTS (non-refundable $25 fee charged upon enrollment) |
| July 1, 2009 | Last day for online enrollment in "zero-down, five monthly installments beginning July 5" payment plan option through Nelnet/FACTS (non-refundable $25 fee charged upon enrollment) |
| July 22, 2009 | Last day for online enrollment in "15% or $300 down, four monthly installments beginning August 5" option through Nelnet/FACTS (non-refundable $25 fee charged upon enrollment) |
| August 14, 2009 | Entire bill due, if you registered by July 24, 2009, and not enrolled in Nelnet/FACTS payment plan. Finalized financial aid awards may be deducted from the balance due |
| August 17, 2009 | Students with eligible financial aid status and/or active FACTS payment plan as of August 7, 2009, may charge Fall semester textbook/supply purchases at Barnes & Noble Bookstore @ MSU beginning August 17, 2009, through August 27, 2009 (will be notified of eligibility by e-mail) |
| Registration Cancellation For Nonpayment will be processed. Student accounts that do not meet payment requirements will have all courses administratively dropped. | |
