Minnesota State University, Mankato has several grant options available. These are all funds based on financial need and do not require repayment.
Federal Pell Grant:
This grant is funded through the Federal Government and is meant to assist in meeting the cost of post-secondary institutions.
Minnesota State Grant:
This grant is funded through the Minnesota Office of Higher Education and is meant to assist in meeting the cost of Minnesota public and private post-secondary institutions.
Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant:
This grant is funded through the Federal Government and is awarded on a first-come first serve basis.
