Dropping a course(s) is a partial decrease in the number of enrolled credits. Dropping courses may also be referred to as withdrawing from courses; however, Official Withdrawal is different than dropping or withdrawing courses. Please be advised that dropping courses and officially withdrawing are two distinct actions with very different financial and academic considerations. The Dropping Courses financial considerations are described under the Specific Semester Information below.
