The $20 charge for the graduation/commencement fee is entered at the start of the semester for those undergraduate students who have applied for graduation before the start of their graduation term. Students who have applied after their graduation term has started will have their charges entered during the term. If the graduation/commencement the fee is not paid the diploma will not be mailed. In some cases the degree will not be entered because there are outstanding charges owed the university including the graduation/commencement fee. If you have changed your graduation term and have already paid the gradation/commencement fee, you will not be charged again. If you are an undergraduate student and have questions regarding this fee, contact the Office of the Registrar.
