Financial Aid Response Form (100K PDF):
This form allows the student the opportunity to accept or decline any specific awards, all awards, or awards for one or two semesters. This form must be completed, and returned to Student Financial Services by the return date indicated.
An online Financial Aid Response Form may be submitted through the links in the student’s online Award Letter page, accessed by logging in with Tech ID and PIN to the e-services web site. Click here for more information.
