Accepting your 2008-2009 Financial Aid Awards

Step 1

Fill out the Student Response Form if you haven't already.

Step 2

You are required to complete additional application or acceptance steps if you are utilizing any of the following types of financial aid awards:

• Federal or State Work-Study (opens in a new window)
• Federal Perkins Loan (opens in a new window)
• Federal Stafford Loan (Subsidized or Unsubsidized) (opens in a new window)
• Other Loans Options (opens in a new window)

• If you did not print out your Student Response Form, you can at anytime by logging back into your Dynamic Forms account
