The Fitness & Wellness program offers individuals the opportunity for personal fitness through both the aerobics program and use of the fitness center. Aerobics classes include: total body conditioning, kickboxing, step, yoga and more. The fitness center offers both cardiovascular and weight training opportunities which include: treadmills, elliptical machines, stair machines, exercise bikes, variable resistance weight equipment, free weights and more.
Personal trainers are available year round to help you meet your goals. Meet with a trainer once a week or more, and enjoy indoor and outdoor sessions any time the recreation center is open (7:30 am – 9:00 pm on weekdays). If you are interested in personal training services, please call 389-3269.
