About Carly: I am the Program Coordinator for Fitness, Wellness, and Special Programs in the Office of Campus Recreation.  I have been a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, yoga instructor, and Pilates instructor for many years.  In my free time I enjoy exercising, running, practicing yoga, teaching yoga at Sun Moon Yoga, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.

About Christian: I am an exercise since major.  After I finish school and MSU I plan on taking my education to the next level for a master degree and becoming a strength and conditioning coach.  I love lifting and exercising, it's one of the best parts of my day.  I love purshing my body to its limits and seeing results.  I love helping people reach their goals and help everyone get better and move forward.
