About Alyssa: I graduated with my Undergrad in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine.  I am a first year in the Exercise Science/Physiology Grad program.  I hope to pursue a career in cardiac rehab.  I enjoy spending my free time with my family, friends, and fiance.  My favorite physical activities are any sport that can be done with a group of friends and be played outside!

Personal Training Philosophy: I believe that everyone can enjoy exercising, you just need to find something you enjoy doing so that you forward to being active.

About Brittany: I am a senior majoring in Exercise Science and minoring in Sports Medicine.  I played basketball at MSU, Mankato and still enjoy playing but love doing things that allow me to be active outdoors.  I love spending time with you friends, family, and playing with my dogs.

Personal Training Philosophy: I believe it is important to meet people where they are at and take small confident steps in the direction of their goal that will enable them to be successful.

About Carly: I am the Acting Program Coordinator for Fitness, Wellness, and Special Programs in the Office of Campus Recreation.  I have been a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, yoga instructor, and pilates instructor for many years.  In my free time I enjoy exercising, practicing yoga, reading, spending time with my family and friends, and watching my son play sports.

Personal Training Philosophy: You can do whatever you set your mind to.

Favorite Exercise: Any strength exercise using the TRX.

About Jessica: I am from a small town in South Dakota.  I am majoring in Exercise Science and Dietetics.  I am outgoing, active, and love to help others!

Personal Training Philosophy: Mind does what it hears, clear your mind of can’t. My favorite training techniques include periodization with emphasis on agonist and antagonist muscle groups. Everyone is unique and may want a specific training program that helps them reach their fitness related goals.

About Kevin: I am majoring in Exercise Science with Coaching and Sports Medicine minors. I am passionate about exercise and I want to help other each their fitness related goals. After graduation I plan on pursuing a career as a certified strength and conditioning specialist.

About Logan: I am a Dietetics major, who has a strong interest in physical fitness.  I enjoy weight lifting and H.I.I.T. style workouts.  I have worked with individuals whose goals have included weight loss, body building, and toning.  I love working with people who are highly motivated to reach their goals.

Personal Training Philosophy: I train people who know will undoubtedly give me 100% all the time, every time; if my client can promise me then I can promise them the results they strive for.

About Nick: I'm 20 years old and been a PT for about 3 1/2 years.  I am a Combat Medic in the US Army and take pride in being a PT and life coach to all of my clients and teach them healthy lifestyle habits that they will hopefully utilize for a long time.  I've trained many variations of clients based on goals such as weight loss, strength/weight training, armature bodybuilding, and goals of staying healthy in general; all of which I deem to have been very successful.  I love to have fun with my clients, motivate them, push time to new-found limits, and increase their overall confidence in every aspect in and out of the gym.

About Reece: I am majoring in Exercise Science.  I have been training clients for about eight years.  I have competed in bod building contests and plan to do so again in the future.
