Personal Training

A fitness assessment and payment is required before you can begin personal training. Each session lasts 60 minutes.

 Be ready to be pushed to your limit with the help of an upbeat, positive and knowledgeable personal trainer. If you have trouble adhering to your exercise plan or just want more motivation, then a personal trainer is perfect for you! Consider it an investment in your health! Meet with your own trainer once a month, once a week, or more (meet the trainers)! Your trainer will guide your through one hour of any combinations of exercise, including:
