Planning a Campus Visit

Minnesota State University, Mankato welcomes employers to visit campus and take advantage of recruiting opportunities offered by the Career Development Center. With a student population of more than 14,000 students and 150 programs of study, many employers are finding Minnesota State, Mankato to be a great source of well-trained individuals to meet their personnel needs.

All employers recruiting on campus must have an active mavjobs.com account and must be eligible for “full access” as specified in the Employer Terms and Conditions.   Employers not currently registered may go to www.mavjobs.com, click on the “Employer Login” link, and complete the registration process.

There is no room usage cost to the employer for information sessions arranged through the Career Development Center.

To request a date for an information session, log on to your mavjobs.com employer account. You will receive a confirmation of arrangements from the Career Development Center and your visit will be marketed to our students.

On-Campus Interviews

A typical interview day consists of twelve 30-minute interview times; however, online schedules can be customized to meet your needs. If desired, employers have the option of prescreening resumes and selecting the candidates they wish to interview.
