Greater Mankato Campus & Community Fair (includes Part-time Job Fair)

The Campus & Community Fair is a huge event with a great number of students attending. Employers, non-profit organizations and volunteer organizations from the local area attend this annual event usually held during the first week in September.

Government & Nonprofit Job & Internship Fair

Visit with approximately 900 students and alumni from 30 of Minnesota’s and Wisconsin’s 4-year colleges and universities who are specifically seeking employment and internships in government and nonprofit agencies.  This Fair is held at the University of Minnesota Coffman Great Hall in late October.

Social & Behavioral Sciences Career Day

The College of Social & Behavioral Sciences and the Career Development Center partner to offer this annual career day. Throughout this event, employers will ahve the opportunity to meet with a variety of students to discuss potential employment and/or internships.  Employers can also participate in panel discussions designed to provide students with networking connections and information on opportunities within various majors in the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences. This Fair is held in the Centennial Student Union at Minnesota State University, Mankato in late January or early February.

MN State Mankato Summer Job Fair

The Annual  Summer Job Fair is held in February at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Public, private and commercial enterprises, agencies and camps interact with 15,000+ potential employees from MSU and other area colleges and high schools. Most participants are looking for permanent, part-time and seasonal employees or offering practicums and internships.
