Minnesota State Mankato's 6th annual Part-Time Employment Fair is a great way for Mankato-area employers to connect with students who are looking to earn some money and gain some experience.

The Summer Job Fair 2010 is sponsored by the Recreation Parks and Leisure Services Department. This fair will be held on Wednesday, February 10 from 9:30 to 3:00 in the CSU Ballroom. Talk to employers like Valleyfair, Mall of America, Department of Natural Resources, Mankato MoonDogs, Mankato Golf Club, numerous camps, resorts, and recreation agencies, as well as health care and early childhood development organizations, food service and retail/production businesses. The Minneapolis Idealist.org Nonprofit Career Fair and Working for Change Conference is generously co-hosted by these University of Minnesota departments: the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs Career Services, the Career and Community Learning Center, and the Health Careers Center.
This year, the Minneapolis Idealist.org Nonprofit Career Fair is joining with the Working for Change conference. The conference runs from 10:00am to 4:00pm and the career fair will take place from 12:00pm to 4pm.
You will learn proper business meal etiquette over a four-course meal. We will also cover business etiquette and how to dress professionally. Registration will begin March 1, 2010 in the College of Business Dean’s office, MH 120. Cost is $10. Cash or checks will be accepted. Vegetarian meal option is available. Students of ALL majors are invited to attend!

If you will be licensed or qualified to teach or work in a school district by January 2010 and have graduated or will graduate from Minnesota State Mankato, you are welcome to attend and register through the Career Development Center at MSU.
