Yvonne Schmeling
Administrative Assistant for the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning

Yvonne came to MSU in 1987 as a nontraditional student interested in furthering her education. She enjoyed the wide variety of students and faculty, from high school students taking classes to get a head start on a college degree to the experienced faculty who were so knowledgeable in their fields. Along with taking classes, she had the desire to work in the University setting. In 1990 she became part of the MSU community as an Administrative Assistant working in various departments on campus, thus given the opportunity to learn a variety of jobs. She is presently working for CETL under the leadership of Dr. Stewart Ross.
