1. Convention theme is in the works:
Contact has been made with the Holiday Inn which has provided a brochure
on room sizes and prices for a variety of session options. 2. The St. Cloud Holiday Inn is
comfortable, less expensive with a great feel. There are 5 pools. The convention center is centrally
located and rooms are separate from the pool area with the exception of the
luncheon, which will be located near the pool.
Some theater sessions may be on campus. Jody made
the suggestion for the presenters to upload their handouts and other
information to either the CTAM website or MSCA website. Much discussion ensued
on the logistics as well as who will maintain this information. Scott will make
connection with Dan Cronn –Mils to see if any of this is possible. Dave
brought up the intellectual property issue that may come up. Margaret is
willing to help upload this information at CTAM next fall. Scott D. ŌWeÕll screw this up the first
year and make it better the second.Ķ Some needs at the conference may be
speakers, screens, etc. Please
