Founding member and Executive Director of the International Listening Association (ILA). I taught and worked in Latvia as a teacher and news broadcaster. Special interest in online pedagogy for high school and college teachers. I have served as a 1/2-time faculty fellow assigned to the MSUM Center for Excellence in Teaching in Learning (2005-2006 appointment).
