Why does the department have an attendance policy?

How does it affect me?

The Department attendance policy is designed to insure that students get the most possible out of their classes. Since so many speech classes require class participation and teach audience skills, it is imperative that students attend. You can view the attendance policy online. Faculty will also post the attendance policy on their course syllabi.
