Kelton, Thank you so much for your kind words. With the addition of Camp Our Time in August of 2008, these programs will be able to serve people from all over the country and the world. My best advise is to think outside the box. I think creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment is the key. It is essential to have the young person trust you and enjoy spending time with you. But the most important thing is to listen. It takes a long time to really listen. But it is worth it. I think anything you can do to take the pressure away from any kind of final speech result or goal is a great thing.
