Julie, Thank you for your response. In all of our programs we have a document called "stuttering 101" in which we give some general advice to people who don't stutter about the best way to communicate with people who do stutter. And we have heard time and time again that this advice in quite helpful. The most powerful thing that I've seen is just watching the audience watch the Our Time kids perform. In doing that, and in just listening to the kids, they can see what stuttering looks like and sounds like and most importantly that it does not have to hold us back from anything. The only difference is that is takes us a bit longer to say what we have to say. Thanks again! Taro
