Casa Futura Technologies, Thanks for your comments and for supplying some research on AAF in real world situations. Unfortunately there is not enough of this kind of research out there, particular clinial trial type research, that would convince the insurance companies to pay for such devices. I personally have used devices in th real world and I have found them useful, so it's not that I don't think that they are useful in the but there just has not been a lot of research showing how people are using them in the real world to guide clients and clinicians. That's why I feel it would be nice to have an online group that is dedicated to discussing AAF and how people are actually using it. Thanks, Rick
