I will be beginning my career as a speech-language pathologist in only a few short months. Your words are truly inspirational and so important. Change is scary, but it is in these moments of courage that we become proud of who we are. I agree with the others in that you are really making suggestions about living a full life for anyone. I wonder if you feel that you could have truly heard and understood such a message as a boy. Any advice on sharing this perspective with children? Thank you.
