More good suggestions Alan and I too always enjoy reading (or hearing)your down-to-earth and insightful comments. I agree with you that "Pushing the envelope" of our comfort level is a rewarding and adventurous way to live - "doing experiments" to see what happens and to see what we can accomplish. For PWS I don't think it has to to be related to speech for nearly anything will help. Clinicians need to model this behavior, especially if they are going to challenge the people they are assisting to do such things. A great quote about this sort of thing was by Hellen Keller who said "We must do the thing we think we cannot do."
