Hi Alan. I’m a graduate student pursuing my master’s in speech pathology. Your article was really inspirational and contained such an important lesson. I can relate to it because I can retreat into my comfort zone at times. I am one of those people who have certainly been dealt with a great deal of challenges in life but I’ve come to realize that just because life presents you with a challenge, it doesn’t mean that you should give up. We need to overcome our obstacles. I agree that we don’t get a second chance and we should just live life. I am sure that your advice will help me in the future when working with clients.
