Hi Judy, Thank you for your kind comments. It's so heartening to learn that others appear to benefit from my experiences. It's quite understandable that people feel discomfort when treading an unfamiliar path. It's a clear indication that they are, in fact, expanding their comfort zones. It may be helpful for your clients to know that persdons who do not stutter also experience similar feelings and 'fight or flight' reactions. I found it invaluable that I had acquired a technique/tools that gave me complete confidence that I could dfeal with whatever occurred. Creative visualization was also useful.
