Hi Marissa, Thank you for reading my paper and contributing to the discussion. I certainly live my life to the full and make the most of every minute of every day. Ten years ago, I was incorrectly diagnosed with a terminal condition. For about two weeks, I believed that my time on this planet was extremely limited. That certainly placed things into perspective and focussed my mind on the important things in life. Fortunatly, they reversed the diagnosis and I am still around to tell the story. ;-) With regards to self-esteem, I was so lucky that to be blessed with wonderful parents who encouraged me and never said (or did) anything to adversely affect my self-esteem. As with most people, I expertienced low points in my life, particularly when I was passed over for promotion (at work) bercause of my speech. Nevertheless, I hung on in there and persevered. Sorry, but I must close at this point as my time (on the local library computer) is about to expire. I will continue this response later. Kindest regards Alan
