I really enjoyed reading your article. I found it to be very applicable even as a person who does not stutter. I usually find it very difficult to step out of my comfort zone. I usually shy away from situations that make me feel uncomfortable or nervous, but I have been working on and plan to continue trying to expand my comfort zone. As a clinician, at what age should I begin addressing comfort zones and avoidance? Also, how should I begin introducing this subject with the client so he/she does not become frustrated?
