I have the following rather methodological comments and/or questions: - Did the subjects in the experimental and control conditions differ in control variables such as age or socioeconomical status? - Shouldn't you use a Student's t- or Mann-Whitney's U test to test for differences of means (or mean ranks)? - What "Levene" test did you use to test for differences in frequencies in a 2 by 2 design? Shouldn't you use a chisquare or Fisher test? By what you have written so far you have - IMO - by no means confirmed your hypothesis. Sincerely, Niklaus
