My answer is unprofessional – I am not developmental psychologist. Still, I presume since the early childhood the personal traits of the child appear – they are result of its genealogical inheritance, prenatal education, etc. So, I am sure that between 3-7 years the type of LOC would manifest itself in some degree, but it will harden between 7-12 years and will be completely formed till adulthood (21).
