The therapist should be able to manipulate his own mind freely! In the therapy he might fake external locus of control as a part of the therapy. He would do it in order to establish resonance, rapport with the client (s) and drive them in appropriate direction afterwards. But behind this fake external locus stays strong internal LOC! I can not imagine therapist with external locus – it is an oxymoron! :)
